HDPE pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the manufacture of the PE and HDPE pipes with various tube diameters and wall thickness such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, water supply and drain, and sewege and grainage system.
This set is composed of conical twin-screw extrude, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker etc
we make design for PE pipe production line from 16mm-630mm. our main production line is SJZ65 extruder for 16-63mm pipe production line;SJ90 extruder for 75-200mm pipe production line; SJ120 extruder for 250-400mm pipe production line;SJ150 extruder for 450-630mm pipe production line
HDPE pipe production line can produce monocolour pipe with one extruder and multicolor pipe with co-extrusion die head.
The main machine adopts screws specially used for polyolefin.
